This hack is a bit old, but it’s cool enough to mention it anyway. I’ve always wondered if there would be some kind of embedded backdoor those coke machines for maintenance purpouses etc. I assumed that they it would be accessible by tapping the various buttons in a fixed sequence or something like that, and it turns out that’s pretty much how it’s done.
No free soda’s though, but it’s still kinda neat.
